Hi there, I'm Carolyn, and I'm the founder of The Bowl'd and the Beautiful.

My journey to crystal singing bowls was a little less "journey of the self" and a little more "I desperately need to find a way to chill out." I was running at a hundred miles a minute, feeling frazzled, and frankly, a bit too serious. I discovered the magic of sound baths and quickly realized they were the perfect antidote—a way to hit the reset button without having to go off-grid or give up my beloved coffee.

I'm a firm believer that wellness should feel beautiful, fun, and totally un-intimidating. And if you're wondering what truly motivates me, it's a deep-seated passion for helping people find their inner peace... and also, a very healthy (and perfectly normal) obsession with the unparalleled greatness of John Cena. I mean, if he can teach us anything, it’s that even when you think you can't see the path to zen, it's always there. You just have to listen.

So, when I’m not channeling harmonious vibrations, I’m probably debating his greatest wrestling matches, searching for a good quality "You Can't See Me" t-shirt, or just marveling at his many accomplishments.
